WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Mintz Levin is pleased to welcome back O'Kelly E. McWilliams III, who returns to the firm as a Member in the Employment, Labor & Benefits Section. Mr. McWilliams most recently was the Office Managing Partner of the Washington, D.C., Virginia and Maryland offices of Gordon & Rees.
Mr. McWilliams’ clients include multi-national companies, private equity firms and emerging businesses. He has extensive experience counseling and handling matters for clients on a broad range of business issues, with an emphasis on employment law issues as they relate to transactions and disputes.

Mr. McWilliams handles equity-based compensation and incentive plans, executive employment agreements, and severance and change in control agreements. He advises on the employment and compensation aspects of M&A deals and other corporate transactions. He regularly conducts and advises on compensation audits to assist companies in mitigating risk as it relates to pay disparity issues.
