Office Depot Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend of $0.025 Per Share

BOCA RATON, Fla.--()--Office Depot, Inc. (NASDAQ: ODP), a leading omnichannel provider of business services, products and technology, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.025 per share ($0.10 per share on an annualized basis) on the common stock of the Company. The dividend is payable on March 15, 2018, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 2, 2018.
