DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Logile, Inc. announces that Lynn Olsen, Ph.D., CEO of The Innovation Group, Inc. and former Corporate Vice President of Retail Operations at SUPERVALU, has joined Logile as an advisory board member.
During his 27-year career at SUPERVALU, Lynn held many leadership roles in retail operations, merchandising, leadership development and training, and leading large-scale change initiatives. Lynn held assignments at many levels, including Assistant Franchise Director, Division Director, Corporate Category Management Director, Corporate Vice President Retail Business Change, and Corporate Vice President Retail Operations.
After retiring from SUPERVALU, he founded The Innovation Group, where he provides thought leadership to senior leaders on a broad range of complex issues. Lynn also serves as an adjunct faculty member at University of St. Thomas Opus College of Business in Minneapolis/St. Paul, where he resides.
Lynn has a unique blend of experience as an executive, senior management consultant, and academic. A lifelong learner, Lynn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Cardinal Stritch University, an MBA from the University of St. Thomas, and a Ph.D. in Leadership and Change from Antioch University. His doctoral research centered on the leadership demands involved in transformational change.
