Legacy Education Alliance, Inc. Agrees to License Extension with Rich Dad

CAPE CORAL, Fla.--()--Legacy Education Alliance, Inc. (OTCQB: LEAI) (www.legacyeducationalliance.com), a leading international provider of practical, high-quality, and value-based educational training on the topics of personal finance, entrepreneurship, real estate, and financial markets investing strategies and techniques, announced today that it entered into a definitive agreement with its licensor of Rich Dad branded intellectual property to extend the term of its current license agreement through September 1, 2019. As a result of this extension, the Company will continue to be able to market its suite of products and services under the Rich Dad Education brand worldwide.

Under the terms of the extension agreement with Rich Dad, the Company has been granted a worldwide license to use certain intellectual property of RDOC in the Company’s “Rich Dad Education” branded financial education business through September 1, 2019.
