Nearly 90 percent of consumers belong to at least one subscription service, and 33 percent of people subscribe to six or more services. The research reveals consumers’ interest in a checking account from Amazon, as well as the loyalty and referral behaviors of bank customers in fee based checking accounts versus free accounts.
Plus, DeFazio will share the latest innovations from banks using voice-activated services with Amazon’s Alexa as well as real case studies of financial institutions who are successfully offering value-added subscription based checking accounts.
