AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Social Solutions Global, the leading provider of impact and performance management software for human services, has announced the expansion of its team as the company continues its investments in talent and growth. Ryan Vasquez is joining as Vice President of Sales and John Manganaro as Vice President of Product. Together Ryan and John add a wealth of experience in software and software enabled businesses, and will be an integral part in helping Social Solutions Global reach its goal of touching 40 million lives daily by 2019.
Ryan Vasquez joins Social Solutions from Oracle where he was Area Vice President of Sales—SMB Southeast in charge of a region spanning from Texas to Tennessee. Prior to his work at Oracle, Ryan worked at ADP starting as a sales associate and rising to Mid-South Division Vice President. Ryan brings with him extensive experience in sales operations and execution as well as talent development. Ryan grew up in Austin and received his BA in Biology from the University of Texas at Austin.
John Manganaro joins the Social Solutions team from Drivin where he served as the Vice President of Product & Analytics. At Drivin, John led the Product, UX, and Data Science teams, building and executing the company’s product roadmap. Prior to joining Drivin, John was a management consultant focused on pricing and profitability initiatives related to SaaS products at PwC. He has extensive experience overseeing products and analytics as a product owner for a number of varied products across multiple industries. John grew up in St. Louis, MO and received his BS in communications from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
