NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--FOX News Channel (FNC) will launch “Scandalous,” a historical documentary style series which will chronicle the sequence of events that enveloped Washington and ultimately led to the impeachment of President Bill Clinton during the 1990’s.
