PALO ALTO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ServiceRocket, a leader in software adoption, announced today the appointment of Tony Levitan as its new Chief People Officer (CPO). As CPO, Levitan will help ServiceRocket scale its people capabilities as the company expands its presence in the United States, Australia, Chile and Malaysia and lays plans for Europe in 2018.
“When we look at our next phase of growth, we need to scale our team to meet the global demands of our customers, partners and employees, whom we call ‘Rocketeers,’” said ServiceRocket CEO Rob Castaneda. “We believe Tony is the right person to activate our ServiceRocket People capability, enabling our Rocketeers to do the best work of their lives as a next step in realizing our vision for helping organizations get the most out of the software they use.”
“Tony brings a strong passion in all things People, blending his work as a leadership instructor at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business with vast experience as a multiple-time founder and CEO. We expect him to add a level of leadership and coaching experience that accelerates our growth across multiple locations around the globe,” said Castaneda.
“ServiceRocket is an intriguing opportunity from so many directions: the commingled service/support/learning platform business model, to the multiple international offices, to the rich diversity of our Rocketeer community. Delivering on core People operations while working the canvas of our talent journey, supporting an inspirational CEO, innovative leadership team, and benefitting from truly lived Company values, ServiceRocket speaks both to my entrepreneurial spirit and my passion for elevating traditional HR,” said Levitan.
Levitan earned an M.B.A. from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and graduated from Hamilton College with a B.A. in Asian Studies. Following Stanford, he co-founded Internet pioneer Egreetings Network (IPO, acquisition) and two other companies.
