Riney Family Voting Trust U/A/D 12/31/2012, the Paula and Rodger Riney Foundation and the St. Louis Community Foundation, Inc. (together, the “selling stockholders”) to Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, as sole underwriter of the offering.
The offering is expected to close on December 14, 2017, subject to customary closing conditions. The selling stockholders will receive all of the proceeds from the offering. TD Ameritrade is not selling any shares and will not receive any proceeds from the offering.
