SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Zendesk, Inc. (NYSE: ZEN) announced today the appointment of Mike Frandsen to its Board of Directors. Frandsen brings more than three decades of enterprise product development experience from companies like Workday, DemandTec (acquired by IBM) and PeopleSoft (acquired by Oracle).
