This figure is up 3.4 percent compared to $37 million in October of 2016. Handle for the month was $488.1 million, up .9 percent from the $483.5 million wagered in the same month in 2016.
Since 1993, the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation has infused over $4 billion of Foxwoods’ slot revenue into the Connecticut state economy through the Mashantucket Pequot Fund, supporting much-needed programs and services throughout Connecticut. Foxwoods’ contribution to the state in October 2017 is $9.9 million.
