He is an expert in Economics, Risk Management, Research and Analytics with 10 years of experience in financial services. Cecil earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at Austin College and a Master of Science degree in Economic Research, Probability and Statistics at the University of North Texas in Denton.
