GREENVILLE, S.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Gordian, the leading provider of facility and construction cost data, software and expertise, announced today two executives, Thomas DiGangi, Jr. and Scott Smith, have been elected to leadership positions within key industry councils.
Thomas DiGangi, Jr., Vice President of Government and Regulatory Affairs, was elected as a Director of the Public Affairs Council (PAC), and Scott Smith, General Manager, Enterprise Business Group, was elected as Vice Chair for The Institute for Public Procurement (NIGP) Business Council.

Mr. DiGangi will lend his expertise and continue these practices during a two-year term on the Public Affairs Council Board of Directors.

The NIGP Business Council is responsible for advising and educating NIGP’s Governing Board, members and broader audience on industry trends, technologies, best practices and opportunities for enhancing supplier and public procurement practitioner relationships.
During his one-year term as Vice Chair for the NIGP Business Council, Mr. Smith will help liaise with the business community on the impact of public purchasing policy issues and legislative actions and advise the NIGP Governing Board on trends and best practices.
