Kelly Hall joins Vision Critical as Chief Customer Officer

VANCOUVER, British Columbia--()--Vision Critical today announced that Kelly Hall has joined the company as Chief Customer Officer, responsible for leading the Customer Success organization.

Mrs. Hall joins Vision Critical most recently from BMC Software, where she led the worldwide Customer Success organization for its cloud offerings. A leader in developing world-class customer experience programs for software-as-a-service solutions, she brings with her more than 14 years of expertise in operationalizing the post-sales experience in professional services, education, support and customer success. Prior to joining BMC, Mrs. Hall held leadership roles at CA Technologies and Protiviti.
