IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Prodoscore™, the workforce productivity optimization company, today announced GateHouse Media, a subsidiary of New Media Investment Group Inc. (NYSE: NEWM) and one of the largest publishers of local-based media, serving 535 markets across 36 states, signed an agreement with Prodoscore to deploy deep machine learning technology for its sales and service functions.
Prodoscore will capture and measure data from the GateHouse Media’s G Suite, Salesforce & Sugar CRM and their API enabled communication platform, to present valuable behavior and business intelligence for the GateHouse Media management to improve productivity and customer service. Announced earlier this year, Prodoscore will be implemented to take advantage of the Google Cloud Natural Language API. This solution helps managers and their employees gain insights from unstructured text using Google machine learning, helping to contribute to elevated sales and operations productivity.
