MEXICO CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Terrafina (”TERRA”) (BMV:TERRA13), a leading Mexican industrial real estate investment trust (“FIBRA”), externally advised by PGIM Real Estate and dedicated to the acquisition, development, lease and management of industrial real estate properties in Mexico, today announced that it had concluded all necessary property inspections of its properties located in the Mexico City Metropolitan Area and Puebla, following the earthquake that struck on September 19. The results of the inspections determined that all the properties can continue normal operations by its tenants and were deemed to be structurally safe and in good working condition.
