SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Evertec, Inc. (“EVERTEC” or the “Company”) today announced that the Company is participating in three different programs to aid the victims of Hurricane Irma in Puerto Rico.
In cooperation with the Government of Puerto Rico, the First Lady Beatriz Rosselló and several of the largest companies in the commonwealth, Evertec has joined “United for Puerto Rico – Together Changing Trajectories”. Finally, with the support of its employees, Evertec has also joined Green Culebra, a nonprofit organization dedicated to the community and children of Culebra, Puerto Rico. Evertec has set up multiple collection stations at its corporate offices to collect products and food that will be delivered to 150 families in Culebra who suffered the effects of Irma.
