INDIANAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Bluelock, provider of Disaster Recovery-as-a-Service (DRaaS) for complex environments and sensitive data, today announces former Genesys VP of Finance Jennifer Wiseman has joined Bluelock as Chief Financial Officer. Wiseman will be the first to take on the role of CFO at the company since 2011.
“As we watched Bluelock quickly grow and evolve as a company, it became clear that bringing on an executive with a strategic finance focus would accelerate our progress,” said Bluelock President & CEO Christopher Clapp. “After several months of looking at a highly-qualified candidate pool, Jennifer stood out as someone whose expertise and entrepreneurial energy would fit perfectly with our market strategy and company culture. We’re thrilled to have such a talented individual stepping in to lead our company’s F&A team.”
Wiseman brings over 20 years of finance experience from companies like Rolls-Royce, Brightpoint, and Interactive Intelligence. After Genesys’s acquisition of Interactive Intelligence in 2016, Wiseman was responsible for setting up a shared service unit in Indianapolis. The second female to join Bluelock’s six-person executive team following Rhonda Winter’s appointment as EVP of Cloud Operations and Support in 2016, Wiseman will focus on the strategic goal of growing profitability at Bluelock.
“I could not be more excited to join such a focused tech company that is fully devoted to delivering services that meet the growing disaster recovery needs of customers across a range of industries,” said Wiseman. “As I work with Christopher and other seasoned leaders within Bluelock to develop the most impactful financial strategy for the company, I’m confident that we will be able to positively impact the growth trajectory in a big way.”
