managing GEOS since June 30, 2009 for institutional investors through
separate accounts. The mutual Fund allows greater access and liquidity
for both retail and institutional investors, harnessing the domain
expertise garnered from the team’s collective 20 years of experience in
environmental investing in listed equities. The Fund will be offered in
two share classes, institutional (ticker GEOSX) and retail shares
(ticker EEOFX). Essex’s distribution and mutual fund services partner
