As CTO, Mr. Bhave will guide the company’s long-term technology innovation strategy as well as oversee operations to support the company’s rapid product growth and production trajectory.
Mr. Bhave brings over 32 years of experience in engineering and operations leadership primarily in the medical technology industry. Over the course of his career, Mr. Bhave has been instrumental in launching over 30 advanced medical products, achieved over $30 million of cost savings by driving production efficiencies and has been involved with 8 successful acquisitions. Most recently, Mr. Bhave served as VP of Operations at OmniGuide, Inc., where he implemented numerous manufacturing and quality initiatives as well as successfully drove the acquisition-based integration of ferromagnetic technology innovator Domain Surgical into the OmniGuide, Inc. portfolio. Prior to OmniGuide, Inc., Mr. Bhave served as the Corporate Vice President of Global Engineering at Natus Medical, Inc., where he was directly responsible for all aspects of new product development. Mr. Bhave has also held various positions of increasing responsibility across his 20 years of service within the GE Healthcare organization.
