WESTMINSTER, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ReedGroup®, leading international provider of health and productivity solutions for large employers, announced today that they have hired Alexis Kearns as Senior Vice President, Human Resources.
ReedGroup has experienced significant growth, both organically and by acquiring Aon Hewitt’s Absence Management business last year, and is increasing its investment in HR leadership. The company has hired Kearns, a high-caliber HR leader, to take the company’s culture to the next level, support its 1,500+ employees, and contribute directly to its business strategy.
Alexis is a tenured Human Resource leader who has extensive experience in communications and business strategy. She will sit on the ReedGroup Executive Team, and work with company leaders to grow the business further and provide the highest value to ReedGroup’s clients.

Alexis has spent her career focused on transformational change management, building HR strategy and teams that unlock human performance, pre- and post-merger and acquisition human capital planning, leadership development, team effectiveness, and executive coaching.

She has 20 years of experience as an HR executive and an organizational consultant and coach, and has worked in a variety of industries, including healthcare, technology, consumer products, manufacturing, hospitality, public safety, retail, and telecommunications. She was recognized by the Denver Business Journal as being one of the “Top 40 under 40” leaders within the community.
