AI-Recruiting Company, Mya Systems, Inks 3-Year Global Partnership With World’s Leading Workforce Solutions Provider, The Adecco Group, to Automate Its Recruiting Operations

AI Chatbot, Mya, Improves Recruiting Process for Candidates and Recruiter

SAN FRANCISCO--()--Mya Systems, the creator of the AI-recruiter Mya, announced today that it’s entered into a 3-year global partnership with the world’s leading workforce solutions provider The Adecco Group, to further enhance the quality, speed and efficiency of its recruitment service experience for both clients and candidates. Under the agreement, Mya Systems’ tools will be integrated into The Adecco Group’s business operations, supporting several of Adecco Group’s largest Fortune 500 accounts.

“Joining forces with Mya Systems will further strengthen The Adecco Group’s position as the world’s leading workforce solutions provider, offering truly differentiated solutions. This partnership will enable a seamless merging of digital expertise and human interaction, enhancing the recruitment experience for candidates and clients alike. Mya Systems shares our innovative spirit and vision of how to make the future work for everyone, and together we will deliver the industry’s leading integrated talent network,” said The Adecco Group CEO Alain Dehaze.

“Mya is ground breaking technology that completely changes the recruiting operations model, and that will not only increase efficiency for The Adecco Group but will also allow our professionals to concentrate on doing what they do best: nurturing promising leads,” said Joyce Russell, President, Adecco Staffing U.S. “By helping us place better hires more quickly and providing a more positive experience for candidates, Mya will also help The Adecco Group differentiate itself in a crowded landscape and better compete for talent in an increasingly tight labor market.

Mya to Help Adecco Address Recruiting Inefficiencies

Mya is an AI chatbot that leverages proprietary natural language processing and machine learning techniques to automate outreach and communications with job candidates, helping to solve the inefficiencies in traditional recruiting that often result in long wait times, low conversion rates and a poor candidate experience. The Adecco Group, which operates in 60 countries and puts over 1.3 million people to work every day, will use Mya to further boost its recruitment model.

Mya will integrate with Adecco’s applicant tracking system software and its calendar systems and will initially provide support for the company’s light industrial, call center, and administrative-clerical recruiting sectors. The technology will be in use with twelve of Adecco’s highest volume accounts in the US this Q4 holiday season.

“We’re delighted to enter into this global partnership with The Adecco Group, the number one workforce solutions provider,” said Eyal Grayevsky, CEO Mya Systems. “Their decision to automate their operations with Mya signals the tremendous value our technology brings to the recruiting process and our rapidly growing leadership role in the industry.”

Traditional Recruiting No Longer Meets Hiring Needs

Traditional recruiting is driven by a large staff that spends most of its time contacting, screening and scheduling candidates manually, which creates huge bottlenecks at the start of the process. These inefficiencies have been exacerbated by the growing use of job boards and other digital application processes, and are most striking in the high-volume, high-turnover segments of the hourly workforce. The holiday season presents an even greater challenge to scale recruiting teams and meet lofty hiring targets. These problems are evidenced by reports that 75 percent of workers submitting applications don’t hear back from employers and 54 percent of employers say it’s become more difficult to find qualified candidates.
