Mr. Moore will serve as an independent director of the company, and as member of the board's Audit, Nominating and Corporate Governance and Compensation Committees.

He is a practicing Chartered Tax Adviser and earned his first class Bachelor of Arts in French and Russian from the University of Northumbria, UK.
