Due to the success of the initial TechCanary implementation to support the People’s Trust’s external sales team and the relationship with agencies, the carrier has chosen to expand the platform’s use to its internal direct sales group.
People’s direct sales group resides in the People’s Trust’s call center and will leverage the TechCanary platform for the company’s direct-to-consumer homeowner insurance business. As part of the implementation, the TechCanary system will be integrated with People’s Trust’s back office rating system.
