LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Andersen Tax is proud to welcome Michael Barbosa as a Managing Director in the Los Angeles office. Michael will join the Commercial Practice group specializing in International Tax and will be providing tax planning and compliance services to multinational corporations and other business organizations.
Michael has over 18 years of experience in tax across a wide range of industries and has worked on all facets of international tax planning including cross-border tax planning for exploitation of intangible property, supply chain optimization, as well as structuring and restructuring multinational business organizations.

Prior to Andersen Tax, Michael was a Managing Director at PwC, where he held a role in the leadership team of the Los Angeles International Tax Specialty Group. His work there included tax planning for cross-border transactions, managing U.S. federal income tax compliance and the international aspects of income tax provisions. Before that, Michael spent time at Deloitte and KPMG.

Michael received his Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and Medieval Studies from the University of Notre Dame, and his Juris Doctor from the Washington College of Law at American University.
