(“Zymeworks”) (NYSE:ZYME; TSX:ZYME) today announced that the underwriters of its initial public offering have given notice of their intention to exercise their over-allotment option by purchasing an additional 394,467 common shares at a price of US$13.00 per share, for additional gross proceeds to Zymeworks of US$5,128,071. Closing of the partial exercise of the over-allotment option is expected to occur on Wednesday, May 31, 2017.
Citigroup Global Markets Canada Inc., Barclays Capital Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
