PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Eric Huss, a seasoned health care executive deeply experienced leading complex health care organizations and driving business growth, will join Health Partners Plans (HPP) as Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration, reporting to President and Chief Executive Officer William S. George. In this role, Huss will plan, direct and control overall financial and administration operations for HPP across all lines of business. In addition, Huss will be responsible for key health plan operational areas, including claims, enrollment and member services.
Huss strengthened his unique skills for increasing growth, revenue and profit in rapidly changing business environments during his nearly three decades in corporate health care finance. Huss previously served in various financial leadership positions at UPMC Health System. He also served as senior vice president and chief financial officer for Gateway Health. Most recently, Huss served as chief financial officer for Clarus Healthcare.
