West, Ph.D., is delivering a presentation as part of a panel on biotechnology at the Mauldin Economics’ Strategic Investment Conference on Wednesday, May 24 at 3:20pm EDT at the Omni Orlando Resort in Florida.
In his presentation, "Emerging Trends in Regenerative Medicine and Aging,” Dr. West will provide an update on product development by the BioTime group of companies, focusing on the strategy of transplanting young healthy cells into tissues afflicted with age-related degenerative disease. He will also discuss new products planned for development at BioTime's recently-announced new subsidiary, AgeX Therapeutics.
