WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Apptium announces selection as winner out of 32 Catalysts for “Outstanding Performance in the Catalyst Program” for APPEX (Adaptive, Predictive, Personalized, Experience eXcellence) Omni-channel initiative at TM Forum Live 2017.
The APPEX Omni-Channel Catalyst is a complex, innovative initiative consisting of a multi-phased approach, which started with the creation of a solution framework to build use cases in an agile and rapid time-to-market manner, and had previously been awarded for “Best Use of TM Forum Assets.”
The award was given to the Catalyst project team, including Catalyst Champion, Vodafone Group, a leading global Communications Service Provider (CSP), Catalyst sponsor Huawei, a leading global Information and Communications Technology (ICT) solutions provider, and Apptium, along with other eco-system partners for collaboration in creating an Omni-Channel solution environment for service providers to enhance customer experience across all channels.
Apptium’s contribution to the project included orchestration and provisioning functions, cognitive analytics and recommendations, as well as third party integration, helping to provide customers with a seamless, intuitive and personalized user experience across any channel.
