ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Consolidated Container Company LLC (“CCC”) and Consolidated Container Finance Inc. (together with CCC, the “Issuers”) today announced that they have given notice to Wilmington Trust, National Association (the "Trustee") that they are redeeming all of the Issuers’ outstanding 10.125% Senior Notes due 2020 (the "Notes"). A notice of redemption will be sent to the holders of the Notes. The redemption date will be July 15, 2017 (the “Redemption Date”) and the redemption price of 102.531% of the principal amount of the Notes, plus accrued and unpaid interest up to, but not including, the Redemption Date, will be paid in accordance with the indenture governing the Notes.
This news release does not constitute a notice of redemption of the Notes. Holders of the Notes should refer to the notice of redemption to be delivered to the registered holders of the Notes by the Trustee.
