The offering is not conditioned on the closing of the Gander Mountain Acquisition and Camping World cannot assure you that the Gander Mountain Acquisition will be completed on the terms described in the registration statement related to the offering or at all. Camping World will not receive any proceeds from the sale of the shares of Class A Common Stock by the Selling Stockholders.
