The community is invited to attend the 14th annual Celebration of Biotechnology on Thursday, May 4th, from 9:30 am until 1:00 pm, at Foundation Park, Alachua, Fla.
ABOUT: The Celebration of Biotechnology is an outdoor event showcasing the life sciences community in the region and throughout Florida. Now in its 14th year and newly hosted by Foundation Park and Concept Companies, the Celebration of Biotechnology attracts more than 80 life science exhibitors and 500 industry professionals including an Innovation Corridor Tent with regional startup companies.
The event includes a moderated Bus Tour of Foundation Park, Progress Park and Copeland Park highlighting local life science companies such as AGTC; Amend Surgical, AxoGen; CTD Holdings, Inc., Nanotherapeutics; RTI Surgical; and the UF Sid Martin Biotechnology Institute, to name a few.
WHO: Hundreds of industry professionals from emerging and established life sciences companies; universities and research institutions; economic development agencies, investment networks and firms, and supporting organizations attend BioFlorida’s Celebration of Biotechnology.
