Cowen Expands Technology and Industrials Investment Banking Teams

Manning have joined Cowen and Company’s investment banking team as a Managing Directors. Mr. Coleman focuses on semiconductors, semiconductor equipment and general electronics and Mr. Manning focuses on diversified industrials. Mr. Coleman is based in New York, and Mr. Manning is based in Chicago.

Biographies:

Todd Coleman

Mr. Coleman is a Managing Director in Cowen’s TMT investment banking group. Mr. Coleman brings more than 20 years of investment banking experience and has advised on more than a 100 transactions in equity, debt and M&A advisory. Prior to joining Cowen, Mr. Coleman was with Piper Jaffray where he spent six years as a Managing Director in its clean tech and industrial technology investment banking groups. Previously, he was with Jefferies in the TMT and clean tech investment banking groups. Mr. Coleman was also a mergers & acquisitions banker focused on technology hardware at Robertson Stephens. Mr. Coleman received a BA in English from Bates College.

Kevin S. Manning, CPA

Mr. Manning is a Managing Director in Cowen’s Industrials investment banking group. Mr. Manning brings 15 years investment banking experience covering the industrials space. Most recently, Mr. Manning was with BMO Capital Markets as a Managing Director in the Industrials group. Before that, he was a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank Securities where he served in a similar capacity. Prior to that, he was with Banc of America Securities. Mr. Manning began his career at Arthur Andersen. Mr. Manning has a BBA from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
