Thompson Coburn extended and expanded the contract with Novitex consolidating a multitude of services under a single source at all of its office locations, including mailroom management, reprographics, scanning and fax, hospitality, and supplies and records management.
Novitex will continue its current services, increase its presence at Thompson Coburn’s offices, and incorporate new equipment into its current solution. Novitex has brought integrated technology and innovation to Thompson Coburn utilizing both its proprietary PodTracker and NoviMetrix tracking and reporting applications. These solutions, in addition to its proprietary Legal Link technology, will help streamline previously manual processes, enabling the firm to focus on mission-critical business functions and support us for growth.
