(NYSE:JWA) (NYSE:JWB), a global research and learning company, announced that the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.31 per share on its Class A and Class B Common Stock, payable on April 19, 2017 to shareholders of record on April 4, 2017.
In June 2016, the Board of Directors increased Wiley’s quarterly cash dividend by 3.3% to $0.31 per share on its Class A and Class B Common Stock. It was the 23rd consecutive annual increase and raised the annualized dividend payout to $1.24 per share. Between 2006 and 2016, Wiley raised its annualized dividend from $0.40 per share to $1.24 per share.
