These cocktail recipes will help consumers take Fern’s favorite looks straight from the runway to their kitchens and home bars.

Fern Mallis’ Spring Fashion Trend: Floral Prints and Sorbet Colors

Pairing Cocktail: With floral garnishes and a scoop of sorbet, this Spring Flowers cocktail will complement this season’s freshest looks.

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz. Citrus Vodka
  • 1 oz. Lemoncello
  • 1 ½ oz. Fresh sour
  • 1-2 scoops lemon sorbet

Garnish: Edible Viola, Matcha Powder

Special Instructions: Add a scoop of sorbet to your chilled coupe glass. Add your first three ingredients and shake and serve up in your coupe glass.

Fern Mallis’ Spring Fashion Trend: “The Cold Shoulder” AKA Off-the-Shoulder Looks

Pairing Cocktail: The cool mint flavors and garnishes in this Lucky McBeans cocktail will help consumers chill out while showing a little skin.

  • 1 oz. Irish Whiskey
  • 1 oz. Crème De Menthe
  • 1 oz. White Crème de Cacao
  • 2 oz. Heavy whipping cream

Garnish: Mint top, Chocolate covered Coffee Bean

Special Instructions: Blend all of the items, and then garnish

Fern Mallis’ Spring Fashion Trend: Stripes

Pairing Cocktail: Get the layered look with this Fashionably Late cocktail topped with a refreshing wheat beer.

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz. Gin
  • ¾ Aperol
  • 1 oz. Fresh lemon sweet & sour
  • Topped with a Wheat Beer

Garnish: Mint top, purple Basil sugar

Special Instructions: Shake the first three ingredients in your shaker and serve up in a chilled pilsner glass. Top with a wheat beer and garnish.

Pairing Cocktail: If spring romance is in the air, this strawberry-infused Fashion Ready cocktail will take the latest spring looks from cool to red hot.

  • 2 oz. Tequila
  • 1 ½ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • ½ oz. Agave Nectar
  • 1 oz. Strawberry Syrup

Special Instructions: Shake with ice and strain into a rocks glass

  • 1.5 oz. Gin
  • 1 oz. Lillet Rose
  • .75 oz. Lime Juice
  • .75 oz. Strawberry Syrup
  • 2 Dashes Liquid Alchemist Vanilla Bitters
  • 1 Egg White

Garnish: Mint sprig, seasonal flower, edible dust
