In addition, CART-EGFR, also known as Anti-EFGR-CAR vector-transduced T-cells, is under Phase I/II stage of development by Cellular Biomedicine Group Inc. for the treatment of advanced EGFR-positive solid tumors.
Several companies are involved in T-cell immunotherapy, with their products in different phases. Sorrento Therapeutics, Inc. is developing 21 products based on CAR T-cell therapy.
