NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Segal Rogerscasey, the SEC registered investment consulting business of The Segal Group, finalized their acquisition of Marco Consulting Group (MCG) today. The combined firm will be known as Segal Marco Advisors (www.segalmarco.com).

John DeMairo retains the title of President and CEO of the new firm, which will have a staff of more than 150 investment, consulting and research professionals serving more than 400 clients with advisory assets exceeding $500 billion.
