The Annual Shareholder’s Meeting of La Française de l’Energie was held on December 19, 2016, under the chairmanship of Julien Moulin. The Shareholders adopted all resolutions recommended by the Board of Directors, including:
Approval of the financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2016.
Approval of the consolidated financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2016.
Allocation of income for the financial year ended June 30, 2016.
Authorization of related-party agreements referred to in articles L.225-38 and seq. of the French commercial code.
Approval of benefits guaranteed to Julien Moulin, Executive Chairman, in case of contract termination.
Approval of remuneration of Julien Moulin, Executive Chairman, for the year ending 30 juin 2016.
Approval to grant the Board of the company the authority to trade Company’s shares.
Necessary powers granted to carry out formalities.

The Shareholders’ Meeting was also an opportunity for Chairman Julien Moulin to report the Group’s 2016 performance and outlook to the shareholders’ present.
Julien Moulin confirmed the Group’s resilience despite a difficult environment in 2016, based on the strength of its business model, the operational excellence of its team and strong discipline in investments and operating costs.
Finally, Julien Moulin presented the Group’s outlook. In the current volatile economic environment, he reiterated La Française de l’Energie strong commitment to delivering on the operational targets set forward on its existing projects in Lorraine and Nord-Pas de Calais. He also mentioned the evolution of his mandate focusing his efforts on growing the business outside the French borders and being opportunistic about securing assets in the neighbouring countries such as Belgium or Germany to become a leading European onshore player.
