(Euronext: ATC NA, ATCB NA) today announces that it is exploring the possibility of an initial public offering (IPO) of a minority interest in its U.S. operations, Altice USA. No decisions have been taken at this point on the structure or timing of any IPO, and no assurance can be given that an IPO will be pursued.
Founded by telecom entrepreneur, Patrick Drahi, Altice is a multinational cable, fiber, telecommunications, contents and media company with presence in four regions – Western Europe (comprising France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Portugal and Switzerland), the United States, Israel, and the Overseas Territories (currently comprising the French Caribbean, the Indian Ocean regions and the Dominican Republic).
