DETROIT--(BUSINESS WIRE)--DBusiness magazine, Detroit's Premier Business Journal, has chosen its recipients for business professionals in their thirties who have achieved notable success in their respective field. This exciting editorial feature has been published in their September/October 2016 issue. It recognizes business leaders in metro Detroit who are moving their respective companies, industries, and communities forward.
In 2009, soon after attaining his Chartered Financial Analyst designation, Huszczo joined the CFA Society of Detroit, which has more than 400 members in Michigan. “I joined the board five years ago and have worked my way up by serving as treasurer, programming chair, public awareness chair, and now president (August 2016-2017),” he says.
“Since I joined the board, attendance at our events is up 65 percent, while sponsorship levels are at an all-time high. It’s a great organization. The CFA designation demands strict ethical guidelines. In fact, we sign a code of ethics. When dealing with investors (clients), we always put their interests first.”
As a society we would like to congratulate Mr. Huszczo on his achievements and recognition. It is with great pleasure that we as a society have leaders in place that would garner this type of attention. We look forward to our continued progress as a CFA Society and leadership from our current president.
The CFA Society Detroit was founded in 1948 and consists of investment professionals of the greater Detroit. As one of the CFA Institute member societies, our society connects members to a global network of investment professionals. More info at: www.cfadetroit.org. Photos available upon request.
