This figure is up 3.8 percent compared to $37.2 million in September of 2015. Handle for the month was $477.2 million, up 3.3 percent from the $461.9 million wagered in the same month in 2015.
Foxwoods’ contribution to the Connecticut Special Revenue Fund in September 2016 is $9.8 million, bringing the cumulative contribution to the state since Foxwoods opened in 1992 to over $3.9 billion.
