IRI’s Sally Lyons Wyatt will join industry leaders for the Produce Marketing Association’s 2016 Fresh Summit in a panel titled “Global Connections Community: The Power of Produce.” Led by Anne-Marie Roerink from 210 Analytics, the session will delve into the Food Marketing Institute’s report “The Power of Produce” to outline the importance of the produce category for food retailers. Joining Lyons Wyatt in the panel will be leaders from FMI and Yerecic Label.



The produce category plays an important role for food retailers, as it boasts high household penetration and drives potential growth across the total store. The Power of Produce panel will uncover the biggest trends in consumer purchasing and produce consumption, including purchase penetration, channel choice and eating habits.
