Schaffner is a veteran human resources executive who specializes in developing and managing progressive corporate accountability programs for major engineering firms.

Patrick Schaffner is a human resources professional with more than 25 years of experience. Before joining Kleinfelder he served as Senior Vice President, Director Global Mobility for WSP Parsons Brinckerhoff, an international professional services organization with more than 40,000 employees world-wide. Prior to that he was Senior Vice President, Global HR Director for Parsons Brinckerhoff.
