WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--IBEX Global Solutions (IBEX), a leading provider of contact center services and other business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions, announced Julie Casteel will assume the role of Chief Strategic Accounts and Marketing officer. In this capacity, she will be responsible for the company’s largest and most tenured clients as well as the company’s marketing strategy.

Casteel will also lead IBEX’s new development into the fast-growing health care vertical. As chief marketing officer, she will continue to lead marketing efforts creating and directing all of our go-to-market strategies and services.

Casteel has been responsible for all new logo sales efforts for IBEX. She led the company through a strategic rebranding, movement to a public market and has been key to the company’s double digit growth of year over year. Under her leadership, IBEX also expanded its footprint into the near shore markets of Jamaica and Nicaragua as well as additional growth in the US and Philippines. Prior to joining IBEX, Casteel was the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer for Sitel and held various sales positions with EDS.
