WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Treliant Risk Advisors announced today that April A. Breslaw has joined the firm. As a Senior Advisor, she will be providing consulting advice to clients on regulatory supervision and policy matters across Treliant’s suite of service offerings. April brings decades of regulatory experience, having served at federal banking agencies including the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC), Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), and Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS).

April Breslaw joined the CFPB as it was being built in 2010 and was most recently Deputy Assistant Director of the Bureau’s Office of Supervision Policy. Her other roles have included Chair of the FFIEC’s Consumer Compliance Task Force; Associate Director, Compliance Policy and Examinations, at the FDIC; and Managing Director at the OTS.
