“Workplace happiness is the key to success for both employers and employees. Our career community made up of thousands of employees leave reviews ranking how happy they are at work, their salary information and insight into their work culture,” says Heidi Golledge, Chief Happiness Officer and Co-founder of CareerBliss. “We take this data and build our comprehensive annual 50 Happiest Companies list.”
Unlike many other awards, the CareerBliss 50 Happiest Companies in America is a non-paid, employee driven award, that is calculated from individual independent employee reviews.
“Many awards are offered to companies that pay to be a part of the submission process, but that’s not the case here at CareerBliss. We are dedicated to ensuring that this recognition is based solely on employee reviews,” says Golledge.
