The film features exclusive interviews and testimonials with some of the most prominent soccer players and figures from that era, including Diego Maradona, as well as Ali Bennaceur, the referee that validated Maradona’s infamous "Hand of God" goal against England. Additional commentary is provided by Carlos Bilardo, Coach of the 1986 Argentina team; Peter Shilton, England’s 1986 goalkeeper; and sports commentators Victor Hugo Morales and Martin Tyler, among others.
