The company completed 500 days and 8.1 million man-hours with zero incidents resulting in lost work time.
FTSI achieved a year-to-date Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR) that is the lowest in company history and is significantly better than its industry peer group, as provided by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics and ISNetworld.
The company’s Shreveport district completed two years and 1 million man-hours without an OSHA recordable incident. In addition, its Fort Worth Manufacturing plant completed 1.5 years and 400,000 man-hours without an OSHA recordable incident.
