SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Terreno Realty Corporation (NYSE:TRNO), an acquirer, owner and operator of industrial real estate in six major coastal U.S. markets, announced today that it has executed a full building lease for 158,000 square feet in Kent, Washington with a leading e-commerce firm. The lease commences September 30, 2016 and expires January 31, 2024. The property was acquired in December 2015 subject to a short-term lease and subsequently renovated.
